Requesting paper bill

Hello,

I require a paper bill in the post and have been told I can't use printed e-bills for my ID check. How do I get a paper bill on the next cycle as I can't find an option in the account settings.

Thanks for your question.

We can send a previous paper bill for you 

Normally takes a week or so if that is okay 

If you don't mind, I will need to send you a private message to pass security. 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great.
