hello, I am currently setup for e-billing but I want to request a one-off paper bill of my latest bill for purposes of ID... i can't find any option for this in billing options and I know I can print off a PDF but I don't have access to a printer... I know there is a charge and I am hoping this can be added to my next bill... can anyone please help me with this?
We can get this done for you, however to clarify, it would take effect the next billing cycle. For example if you bill gets generated on the 14th of July, that is the date it will get printed and sent to your home.
