Request for mod team - serial number of returned box

Can a member of the moderators please contact me as I have an issue where I'm being reminded to return a V6 box simply because the returned V6 box didn't match the one which I've returned.

I've had another reminder to return the kit this morning.

I don't have the kit, everything I had has already been returned.
