Hi team,
My contract has been changed 2 days ago with order #2274666.
I was supposed to receive a new internet box according to the agreement with one of your support reps.
I didn't receive any email yet regarding the box sending in order to track it.
Could you please help with that?

Sorry to hear you've not received a tracking number for a delivery. You can track an orders in your online account, by viewing 'Orders and appointments.' However, I would love to take a look on your behalf. I am going to send you a private message. Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.
