Renewed no contract yet.

Hi my current contract expires on 16th Jan 2025, last month I renewed online on my Virgin account got the pre contract and  Your Virgin Media order confirmation email that was back on 13th December 2024 not received the new contract yet I know it take up-to 14 days for renewals to be processed but that timescale had come and passed.

 

I renewed the same TV package with BT sport the only other thing changed was broadband from volt 350 to Gig1 I got a new hub 5 delivered for that the speed upgrade is already active.

So the only thing am waiting for is my new contract.

I mean TNT sports as add-on it's not called BT sports nowadays.

Not sure if it's started yet or not, on my Virgin it's still shows the package as the previous one which had 350M broadband but the internet part of the package seems active since can get a 1Gbps speed since swapping the hub on 28th December.

Sorry I just checked it seem to show the correct information now with Gig1 but the contact listed on my account is still the previous soon to expire one.

How odd, so this is showing all the correct information but not the right contact?

So everything is listed correctly and showing what you should be getting with your contract right?

It's seem to be correct can't tell for sure since the my package page on my VM doesn't list TV add-on but it probably is correct since my 2nd mini 360 box and TNT sports is still working.

If I go to view contact on my VM the contact listed is 17th July 2023 that is a update contact from the original when volt was enabled and got upgraded from 250 to volt 350.

Sounds like it all correct, I know with online orders they take a while to update.

Around 14 working days, but I will send you a DM to make sure.

Hiya ive renewed online 3 days ago but no email and still online can still renew ? As it gone through? How long do i wait for an email Matthew? Order number XS1000343415 cheers as have been online etc still dont know either way and all im gettimg his it take up too 14 days lol
