Renewal contract set up incorrectly

My renewal contract was set up incorrectly last week. It was supposed to be exactly the same as the previous 18 months but with a 360 box instead of a TIVO. The operator removed Sky Sports.

I was promised a callback last Friday but no one called. I called again on Saturday and was promised a call at 10am today, I'm still waiting.
