Virgin Media offered me renew contract but they do not want to honor it now.
Early this month, they offered me a renewal monthly fee with no addition charges. But I received a bill which is much higher monthly charge and additional activation charges. I feel very frustrated now. Does anyone has similar issue like this?

Have you contacted the team back on 150 / 0345 454 1111 after receiving the bill? What have the team advised around the higher package price?

Whatsapp chat twice said no need to worry, then resolution team said they can do nothing, called 0345 454 1111 and asked me to wait for resolution team....
and the issue is still not resolved.

Sorry that I have received no message. After called 0345454111, VM still insists to charge me £20 for the activation fee.
