Great - I've been advised to sign up for my virgin media. I've tried. According to my browser the registration page is unresponsive.
This service is beyond dreadful.

1. The page finally became responsive, and recognised my e-mail address.
2. Then the page flashed up a message saying I was using the wrong e-mail address.
3. Then I got another message saying that my account with Virgin had been closed, so I could no longer access My Virgin Media.
In the space of 30 minutes My Virgin Media has failed in every way that I can imagine. The advice to log-on to My Virgin Media to resolve my problems was completely unhelpful. I'm paying almost £50 a month for this, and the service is worse than dreadful.
