After cancelling, any due credit will be sent via cheque around 30-35 days after the disconnection date. If that time frame has surpassed I'll be happy to look into this for you 🙂

Yes it’s been over 35 days and Iv no check , we’ll I did get a check for £3 .but have no idea what that amount was for . I would be great full if you could chase this matter up for me thanks
