Refund

Hi I have overpaid a bill and was wondering if I could get a refund. But there's a problem I have lost my voice and can't call

you could try the online chat via https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/contactus/accounts-and-billing.html this might show not available since just means no agents are free..other option is have a friend with you so once passed security the 3rd party can request refund.. or can use overpayment for next months bill

any overpayment will go off you next bill so if you are not in need of the money right now you can leave it and it will be used towards the next bill
