Hi,
I ended my Virgin Media contract on 1st July and since I was moving home outside of Virgin's area they stated they would refund the early disconnection fee (EDF).
I have yet to receive this money, despite an email saying that I will be paid back £254.
I phoned Virgin on the 8th September and they said they would process the payment.
2 months later I still have no cheque or any money in my bank account.
Just wondered what the next steps are really.
