Hi everyone,

Can anyone confirm the email address that I send proof too when I've moved to a house that virgin can't supply internet for?

I've sent an email about 6 weeks ago and heard nothing.

The online chat service is abysmal and takes hours for them to even start listening to your enquiry. If I step away from my phone for 15 minutes and haven't replied, they kick me out and have to start the whole process again.

Thanks in advance, any advice welcome.

Nothing like a massive company keeping hold of your money for them to make interest off in cost of living crisis.

 The email should be sent to  HomeMovers@virginmedia.co.uk

or  contact VM by post with paper copies to Virgin Media, Sunderland SR43 4AA

The accepted documents showing your new address are bank statement, driving licence, insurance policy, mortgage information, rental agreement or utility bills.
