I’m still waiting on a refund from an account which was closed in August. I have been in touch with Virgin Media 4 times since the account closed in regards to the refund and have still not received the refund. The last time I was told to email email@example.com to get this resolved finally as it appears they have sent the cheque to the old account address twice rather than the forwarding address I provided when closing the account. But I have emailed twice with absolutely no reply.
I am exhausted with trying to get this resolved and it really feels like I’m being passed from pillar to post so that I’ll eventually give up persuing the refund.
