Referral payment

Hi I referred a friend back in September and both our referral payment is still pending , we have both phoned and emailed virgin…to be told over the phone that the payment would be in our accounts the following day , however this is not the case … as in emails we have heard nothing back…

Hi Kellym42,

Thanks for posting this question about your Refer a Friend (RAF) payment on the forums, I am sorry you're still waiting for this to be paid into your bank account. 

These RAF payments are processed by our 3rd party partners Alkamino, who make the payment 60 days after the friend is installed. 

If these 60 days elapse with no payment we would advise you to call Alkamino on 01576 820030 and chat with them about this. 

We would not be able to help with this directly as it's processed only by the partner company. 

I am sorry if our agents have given you incorrect information on this, I will send this off as feedback.
