First bill - As this is your first bill, allow us to explain how it works. Your services were installed on 28 October, and we finalised your 1st bill on 18 November. Your first month's package covers you from your installation date, up until the start of your advanced period. This bill will also include your month in advance for the services you're about to use.
The bill is already finalized and set out, my referral should have reflected by now it is finalized. Please do not reply for the sake of replying if you're not going to help.
I am in full knowledge of the date and aware it is not 3rd of December yet. The bills are finalized prior to being billed.

First of all, I'd just like to confirm that your friend wouldn't receive their credit until you have been successfully installed for 28 days, as per our terms and conditions. They would also not be eligible if they have requested a cancellation in the meantime.
However, I'm more than happy to investigate further, we'll just need to clear account security and I'll need to see proof of eligibility. This would just be in the form of your emails regarding the referral and confirming that this credit has been applied.

I am ion the same boat, my friend I referred on 07 july 2019 who had his instalation date 13 July 2019 has had his credit on his first bill. I referred him and I have not been credited for my referal and it is now end of November and I am still waiting for my £50?
Please help me to get whats owing to me, or I may have to take this to consumer panel and watchdog.
