I joined Virgin through a referral link from a friend. A big part of the reason I joined was that I would get £50 off my first bill, but this hasn't been applied to my account. How do I get this applied?
Is there any way to contact Virgin about this? Their chat service has been off for several days and I've spent a long time on hold not going anywhere.
