Refer a friend

I refer my friend,she sing in.We both got an email but no money 😞

I was contacting Virgin media but I heard only excuses.Now after 3months they phone me saying sorry yr contract finish you can’t get £50....(3months waiting)You need to have active account to get yr £50

very disappointing... So sad

Hi Nuna,

 

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community, I am sorry you weren't able to get your recommend a friend credit.

 

For the credit to be added you must send the link to your friend and they need to select it once they have done this they get a call from the sales team and sign up via this.

 

The person who refers must be a customer to get the credit.

I refer my friend in June using the link.My contract finish in September

we was waiting 3months 😞

Virgin's systems are clearly not working, since (i) I was an existing customer (ii) my mother used the link to join virgin (iii) I received an email thanking me for the referral (iv) 3 months bills have passed for us both ....no credit

one wonders how many others are being treated like this

I am sorry that you've not yet had your credit for referring your Mother; as long as she signed up via the link you sent there should not be an issue. 

 

I can see that my colleague @Lisa_CC sent you a Private Message on Friday last week after chatting with you on another thread about the same issue in order to take some details and go through security with you but it looks like you declined our assistance.

Seems rather common. Email told me that £50 would be credited to my account when my daughter’s service was installed. Her installation was 3 weeks ago and not heard anything else. 

I know for a fact she used the email link that was sent to her as I was with her when she signed up

Did you receive any email confirmation when your daughter signed up?
