Refer a friend scam

I refered a friend and they had there VM installed on the 5th off march and it said i had to wait 27 days and its been 30 days...

I phoned them 4 times now in 2 days trying to sort it out, They flat out think i'm trying to scam them when i'm owned the £50 off my bill, I refused to pay the £50 because i refered a friend.

I sent them the Email off "Thanks for refering a friend" Email, Thats the only email i got

1 word off advice to you all off thinking off refering a friend, "DON'T", They make it 2x times harder to get it when it says THIS!

1. Make sure your friend joins by following the instructions in their email.
2. Wait for their new services to be installed...
3. Once everything's installed we'll apply £50 credit to your next bill.* Job done.

That is BS and lies, I suffer from a mental illness!

Re: Refer a friend scam

Good grief! its nothing to get so worked up about.
They made a mistake and fixed it. Mistakes happen. Yes you had to do a bit of chasing around - but wasn't the £50 worth it?
