Refer a friend £50 not received by me, or by the person I referred.

I referred my brother-in-law - a referral that was set up with a number dispatched by the fellow from Virgin who came to do the installation at my flat. Also gave him my brother-in-law's name etc for the referral

I have not received my £50 and neither has he?

Why so?

Actually I have written directly to Virgin twice, called several times and posted in this forum to no avail. You have double charged at the same physical address and simply not responded to anything as yet. 

I am so disgusted with Virgin Media.

I never heard anything in the end. 

this is still ongoing
