I’ve just ordered the Ultimate Oomph Bundle, joining via the refer a friend link. In my basket I had this bundle at £89 and also the £50 defer a friend credit. I then went through the ordering process and completed this. Upon checking my email to explain what I ordered, this refer a friend is not showing up?
Please can you confirm whether it is completed? I have chatted with your live chat however the only thing they suggested is cancelling and reordering. However I do not wish to do this.
I followed all the steps necessary. If this is not possible, please can a manual £50 credit be applied to both accounts?
