Hello,
I recently logged in to My Virgin Media account to see some broadband speed upgrades. Because Gig1 wasn't available in my area before.
I went to order the upgraded equipment; however, I noticed the email address where the order confirmation goes to was still my ooooooooold @msn.com account. I found this rather odd. So, I checked everything under 'account settings', and all the info there seems correct, which is my @gmail.com address.
Could someone please help me, please? I checked all the settings within the portal, and everything seems to be in line. I don't understand why the order confirmation are being sent to my 12 yrs+ old email address.
