I am trying to register my 94 year old fathers Virgin Media account using the My Virgin Media log on. However, after providing his surname, account number, area reference and then ticking 'I'm not a robot' and receiving a green tick, I get an error message saying there is an an invalid captcha?
I have tried to register using Microsoft Edge and Google.co.uk but both fail as described above.
How can I register when it wont accept their own captcha?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with registering the account. This sometimes happens if the account is actually already registered. I can have a look at what is going on though.
