I called to cancel today but the person I spoke to was very confusing and then hung up on me. I'm not sure if the cancellation went through. Is there a way to find out?

Thanks for your post. Apologies for the team putting the phone down when you have tried to contact them. This certainly isn't the level of service we aim to provide.
We generally don't deal with cancellations on the forum but i'd be happy to take a look at your account to ensure the agent you spoke with has arranged for this to be done.
