Thank you for your suggestion but it has now been a week since I've been trying to verify my account. 

I have tried again this morning with no success.

Just to clarify, have you received confirmation of the account being created it's just the verification side of things?

I'm sorry you've still not had anything regarding this. So we can look into this further, can you tell me if you're receiving any error codes when registering? Can you also provide me with the direct link you are using to sign up?

I've not encountered any error codes when trying to register.

Thank you for the link, but I've still had no success.

I've contacted CSD, and they've referred my request to a technical team to resolve it; there seems to be a problem with my account in general.

However, I'm still waiting for someone to contact me. Unfortunately, not the greatest start to my contract with Virgin Media.
