I am sorry I was unable to provide you with a deal which suits you.

Everything looks to be within spec on the system also, please can you try doing a pinhole reset on your Hub? Also make sure the Hub is in a open area without devices being too close to it either.

I can appreciate this may be frustrating however if you are not happy with the deals Hayley offered via PM, then it would be best calling our Retentions team on 0345 454 1111 as they may have further discounts they can offer you.

In regards to your broadband issue, have you tried a reset as per my colleagues last message?
