been trying to view changes/upgrade I can get on website  - All I ever get is a linkl to Chat

Chat is useless takes ages then you get a Virgin oops page when moved to staff     nothing works

No worries, it is a channel that we promote as alternative to calling in. 

It's a free app and you can download it from the App store or Playstore, depending on what device you have. Of course downloading this is up to you. 

If you don't want to then to discuss your package you will need to call the team.

Why do people on here talk to you like youre an imbecile

 

of course I know whats whatsapp is  Wouldn't touvh it with a bargepole

look at google store , Galaxy store reviews 

full of complaints about the app, website, contacting Virgin not working

No worries.

As advised, depending on what package you're on currently, you may not be able to view your offers online. If you are on one of our older packages that aren't available anymore, then you may not be able to change your package online. Some aspects of changing a package may involve arranging an installation or charges for ending a service early within contract, for this reason we do ask for the customer to call in so we can discuss this over the phone and answer any questions you may have.

However we do appreciate your feedback regarding this website and will ensure that it's passed on through the business.
