Can I ask when you accepted your Volt package?

Also on your MyVM account, does it state the Netflix service is activated?

Contract including Netflix is 8th April.

Netflix is not activated.

When going through your online account, if you go the Netflix tab will it allow you to activate it that way?

When I do that it asks me to take out a plan.

No option fog virgin media customers apart from adding the cost to your bill.
