Forgot security password

I know what my security password, the one I stated when I first signed up to VM, but there must have been a typo at the VM end as I'm getting failures depending on which letters of my code are requested.

Can you please send me my letter stating what my passcode is? Can you also make available some page on your website where this security question can be changed as it's not the same as the website login security questions and there's no way to change it that I can see.
