Trying to register my Mums account online and getting DEF01 erro.
Contacted helpdesk who asked me to use the web/app to set up and register my Mums account (which was originally using my own email address to set up VM)
However, using my email address gets the DEF01 error constantly, yet if I use a randomly made up email address it works??? Even allowing me to add the correct details, but then DEF01 errors out at that stage.
Any help appreciated.
