Me, too. Having the same DEF01 error, when I try to create my Virgin Media account.
Actually, I had a different issue last week, "can't use that password". Anyway, I can't create my account...

I'm not sure I understand your question. But the error message persists.
If I hit the Continue button, I get to CAPTCHA. After verification, I get the same error again (screenshot).
