Hi this came up when I tried to create a new account using this email.
I don't have any other email adress I can use

Have you used the log in details you're using for an older account you had with us previously? Have you since re-joined us or have moved property and taken your services with you? If so, can you confirm your installation has been completed?

I had an account with you before a few years ago.
Instalation hasn't been completed its booked for 7th May

Ah okay, you'll need to wait for the installation to be completed before you can register for your online account. You also might need to register for a new online account as this will be a brand new account created for you on our system, which is not relating to your older services/account. Do you have an alternative email address you can use to register when you have the information to create a new online account?

Thank you for clarifying this for us Salma.
We would be happy to try and transfer the email from the old account over to the new account, but we will need to do so once you have been installed.
Are you able to pop back and let us know once your have been installed?
