Hi im a new customer and my broadband services are installed and I keep getting an error message when I try and register my account. I’ve tried texting but no one gets back to me it’s so frustrating. I was actually looking to purchase more products and move from sky due to bad comms but I’m starting to wonder whether it’s worth the hassle!!!
Virgin is a joke!!!!!! I have been with virgin for 1 month and having a mare! Can’t access my account, overcharged on invoice, useless person on phone and text messages id doesn’t work!!! And now this - I so done with virgin!!! Oh and I made a complaint and nothing has been done!!! I even tried to add extra items to my account and still no one is bothered. I am having to rely on a community discussion group to try and sort and issue out. Think I’ll just cancel my broadband and go to a hassle free provider!
