I joined virgin around 3 months a go. Ever since I have been trying to register for My Virgin Media. However whenever I fill out the information to register I get the message "Some information is missing or incorrectly entered. Please check below and try again". No one at the call center has managed to help. It's really irritating at this point as i feel it should be something quick and painless to do and I'm not getting the most out of my account. The information is definitely correct as I have checked the name spelling & DOB against a bill. Could someone please help?
