Hello,
Please could you advise me on how we could rectify this too, as we’re currently in the same predicament. My husband was deployed on exercise when I set up our virgin media, so it’s under my name, but we’re due to be posted again soon and are having difficulties with virgin media as we’re needing to cancel because virgin do not cover our new postcode.
