Hi all,
I've had a similar issue with this and was wondering if you could help me.
I have now passed the 120 days limit and no sign of my £100 Amazon gift voucher.
I received an email on 13/03/2022 with the subject "an update on your gift" and another email which includes the CH number.
Broadband was installed on the 19/03/2022.
Could you help me with this please?

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue looked into with your Amazon voucher, I am sorry if it's been causing some concern for you.
Can I ask which 3rd party company you received the voucher through please?
Do you also have any conformation Emails about the voucher that you could post on here? (Be careful not to show any personal/acc details)
