Hi,

I was supposed to recueve my quickstart kit last saturday but it hasnt arrived and i have not been given any tracking information.

I really need internet for work.

I cant get into contact with virgin media due to not having an account number

I have been sent contracts and agreed to them but still no delibery

You could try calling the pre-installs team on 0800 052 1734

They are open  8:00am to 9:00pm  Monday to Friday, and 8:00am to 6:00pm Saturday and Sunday
