I am a new customer with virgin and after completing my registration I received two emails, a pre contract email and a webteam emai, neither of which have an account number. The date on which my QuickStart was supposed to be delivered has passed and I have received not further contact or information from virgin. I am currently without internet and need this resolved quickly.
