Discussed my bill after starting a new contract, never goes smoothly, but in the end I was £12 out, so the advisor agreed a credit of £10 so I accepted, but guess what, yes no £10 credit, what a Surprise, the next stage is “ who did you talk to when did you call do you have a reference number” it’s all designed to make you give up
