Problem with account

Hi,

Ive just moved house and move my VM broadband with me. I have been given a new account number, however my old account is still linked to my email, so I’m not able to register/access my new account.

Hi Orfesk,

Thanks for your post and a warm welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to hear your old account is still showing when attempting to sign in to your My Virgin Media. We can most certainly look into getting this transferred over for you but just to confirm, has your previous address now been completely cancelled, and has your new address been fully installed (Hub is active, and the service is being used)?

Hi, thank you for your response. 

Yes I already moved to new address and I moved whit me hab and is working. The engineer from Virgin was setting it up for me.
