Hi,
I am a new customer. I tried to register to access my Virgin Media account and I wrote the email wrong by missing the letter (L) in gmail (***********@gmai.com) so I didn't get any verification e-mail and I could not change the email linked to my account number.
Please could you advise?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome both here and to Virgin Media, I totally get your frustration being unable to set up an online account due to inputting the wrong email address, it can happen however I will be more than happy to help and get you into to Online Account, so I can do this I am going to send you an invite into a private chat, please look out for the white envelope to accept.
