I look after the account for my parents, they received a letter but no email. Are they still getting a price rise, I thought there should be an email too?

Are you expecting the email to say something different to the letter?
I only received a letter, no email.
Perhaps they’re only sending letters because of the very important information which is not only about price changes but changes to terms and conditions.

Just for conformation really. Post can get lost, its not recorded, thought the letter might be general. I thought I read somewhere that the actual price will be updated in an email.
