Can anyone please explain the £45 increase and what it is for. No warning at all.

An increase of that amount is usually down to one or all discounts ending.

You can check this as they are documented on your contract and every bill.

Having said that, you should get either an email or letter telling you when your minimum contract period ends and such discounts end.

Have any of your fixed discounts expired? Anyone whose contract expired at the end of this month will see a reversion to normal pricing, plus the yearly price increase all at the same time.

Good Morning @Gmac64, thanks for your post on our Community Forums, and a very warm welcome to you!

Have you possibly been able to read through your bills, via your self-care account to gain a better understanding on the £45.00 increase?

Kindest regards,
