Just got an email from virgin media saying my monthly bill is going up £8.50 a month from March 1st (absolute joke)

You've got 30 days to cancel or see if VM will offer a discount rather than you leave.  Make sure you check out whether any new ISP has big price rises planned as they're all likely to be doing this, and steel yourself for the possibility of trouble getting through as many other people decide they want a word with VM about the new prices.

I am happy with the services i have but i think £8.50 a month increase is a bit steep.
