Hi, I used the change my package facility on the website last night as my current contract is due to end and I was checking for a better deal. I clicked on a new deal and was sent pre contract details but no way of accepting them? When I click on the change my package it says they are processing my order. Do I need to do anything?

I'm sorry to hear you've had some confusion with a package change online. If you've clicked on a new deal, received your documents and then confirmed this, then the change will be processed within 5 working days.
To clarify, if it says that the order is being processed, then this means you've already accepted the changes and our team has received this.
