Poor service on whatsapp

I have autism and need to use the chat facility. I wanted to negotiate a new contract. I've never experienced such poor service. I feel I'm not being listened to and no needs or requirements are being taken into account.

I also feel I've repeated myself several times. It's not nice feeling you're not being listened to but this is exacerbated because I'm on the spectrum

Have any other people had similar experiences?

I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that you're having trying to arrange a new contract with us, that is far from the experience that any of our customers should face when speaking to the team.
