Hi,
I wonder if someone can help me? We have been trying without any success to sort ebilling. Every time we click the link to confirm the email account, we get a message stating the link does not work. Copying and pasting the link does not work either. I just want to get this sorted out and it’s taking longer than I had imagined it would.

Has it ever worked for you? Are you able to log in to your email to see if the email is the issue?

Thank you for replying. I have tried to logon several times but I am unable to because I have not reconfirmed the email address. ( When I try to reconfirm both options don’t seem to work).
