Trying to change password for my account but keep getting enter valid bill details. i am entering them correctly so not sure why i keep getting this message

Hello, I'm experiencing the same problem. I'm trying to reset the password for my father's account but even after entering the correct details, the website still won't allow me to. Please help. Thank you.

How long have you been trying to change the password
We did have an issue over the weekend which prevented people accessing online accounts
