I need some help, I’ve paid a bill on the 26th but it is still showing outstanding, I did call in and spoke to a gentlemen who said that everything is confirmed and my bill is paid, however I’ve received an email stating that the bill is overdue and I bare risk in getting cut off. Is there an email I can send proof of payments to as the phone call was clearly a waste of time
