Hi, I've made a payment of £55.50 for my latest bill for the wifi and the payment has gone through but it keeps saying that i still need to pay it even though i have already paid? Has my payment gone through or not

Can we please ask how you made the payment please.

The online balance can take up to 24 hours to reflect any payments made online or over our Automated payment system.

Has the WIFI been suspended, or is it working okay?

The payment was made online on the virgin media website and no the wifi is still working and hasn't been suspended
