I pay part of the bill at the weekend and it is saying the same amount

Sorry to hear of the balance confusion caused following your recent payment, we appreciate the concern this can cause and you raising this via the forums. Welcome to the community.

 

Depending on when and how the payment was made, it can take 24 hours for the balance to update here but the bill amount via the online account won't update as this is fixed at what the bill was produced at.

 

You can make payments by calling the team on 150 or 0345 454 1111, the payments line on 0800 0643777 or via your online account.
